One of the newest findings is that the earth is always emitting electrons that our body needs for balance and health? The only catch is, you need your bare skin or a conductive material to reap the benefits and guess what, the rubber in your shoes doesn’t work. You can use natural material if its too cold out ie, sheepskin, leather, etc. as they will conduct the energy. (If you can’t get somewhere where there is bare earth, there are other ways to draw the energy in using meditation practices so don’t worry.)
