In this video, I show you how to do some simple chi gong(exercises to increase your energy) to build up what’s known in Chinese Medicine as Lung Chi. Your Lung Chi provides the primary defense system to keep you healthy this time of year. Stress or previous illness can deplete your Lung Chi and leave you vulnerable so this is a great way to re-boot.
