In this video, I give you a simple yet powerful tool to shift the energy in your relationships.  One of the keys is to step out of the blame game.  Every relationship is upheld by two people’s energy.  If you feel discord within yourself when you think about another person, then you upholding part of the energy matrix. Anywhere that you find yourself feeling like a victim, you are upholding the energy matrix.  You may, in fact, be a victim but the key is to take ownership of your energy system.  If you’re blaming another then you’re not owning your energy- you’re giving another person your power. Use this tool repeatedly and step out of being a part of a “negative” relationship pattern.
